In the past year I've been noticing that I've started to develop pimple like bumps on my scrotum, and they usually are in groups but there are some single ones. I was a virgin when they started to come around but I'm still worried as to what it could be.
They look like flesh colored bumps that pop like pimples and release a white substance.
Any Ideas?!

Out of curiosity, how old are you? These bumps are often common when you go through puberty. If you are a little older, in that case, you don't happen to trim or shave your pubic hair, do you? If you do, then that would also explain the bumps. If neither of these are the case, then I would see a dermatologist just to make sure it's not something more serious.

I'm seventeen, and i do trim my pubic hair, but not so much in the area they appear. They've been concentrated on the underside of my scrotum lately but sometimes spread to other areas.
