hi, my 13 month old has a prob in that his foreskin is far too long.It is so long that when he walks it hangs below his testicles.This is going to cause obvious problems as he grows and will probably need curumsized. Can anyone tell me how much pain is he going to be in? :-(

Boys are normally born with a foreskin that seems to be too long. As the boy matures, the penis grows to fill up the foreskin.
What looks like extra foreskin will not be extra when he is grown. He does NOT need a circumcision.
