i am really worried i just stared the pill and was only on it for 4 days then had unprotected sex and then i came off the pill for 4 days and had my period, i have been having a sore back and some cramping could i be pregnant !

I need help! I am not on birth control and my significant other and I do no use protection EVER! MY period started on 3/11/12 and ended 3/14/12. I had sex on all my fertile days and around that time, i had a very sharp pain in my right side, which i have read is sign of ovulation. On 3/27/12 I started discharging a brownish discharge than it became very light but brown mixed with a light red. There is no cramps, and and my breasts are a little tingly. it has lasted three days amd came 12 days before my period was due. . . Does anyone know what this means? Is it an early period, or is it implanntation bleeding? Or is it a miscarriage?
