I was recently in a hot tub with a bunch of guys and girls and we were all naked. This was two days ago, and since then i have developed white heads on my nipples, and they are also bumpy and sore. Also-what I thought were mosquito bites turned out to be two bumps on my vagina, that I now think aren't mosqito bites at all.
I have no idea if this has anything to do with the hot tub, because we were all just sitting in there talking not doing much else-but I would like to know what's going on!

if you were in a hot tub naked with alot of people it could be that the water was dirty or someone had a certain infection or std and if it doesnt go away you should definetly get a doctor to look at it..

Hot tub water, if not adequately maintained, can be contaminated with bacteria that can cause skin infections. See a doctor.
