Hi there I have the same probems, I have never had sex without a condom, but I did have a blow job about 4 years ago without one, a week later I got thrush, and had to treat that several times with cream, I haven't had it for about a year now, but this other awful complaint has arisen, I get occasional sharp pains inmy testicals which is very unpleasant, I have only had this acouple of weeks and hoping it might be a bladder infection, as it comes and goes, sometimes I feel perfectly ok, when I am asleep is the best time I feel perfect, I have always been a believer in God, and you might laugh, but I have prayed and prayed to God, Jesus ad Virgin Mary, I have a bottle of Holy water from Lourdes here, which I grasp sometimes...you have to have somethingto believe in, makes you feel like susicide sometimes...I did read some articles on it, if its a infection you could try some natural anti biotics, I use Makula Honey, you can use raw garlic and all sorts, there are a lot of natural antibiotics on there, worth are try, use plenty, doesn't help that I am 67 and have diabetes, controlled by tablets, type 2, I think you should stay away from Bananas but eat other frouts and drink a lot of liquid....that's all I can offer, but I find the pain unbearable sometimes, worst I have ever encountered, I would rather have headaches or chest pains etc, anything but that....

Hello fellow internet people,

I don't usual get involved in forums, but thought that if I could save someone going through the misery I did it would be well worth posting.

Background

I started suffering with this when I was 27 and I am now 34, I can to this day remember the complete misery this caused me, one minute I was a healthy guy and the next I was going mad with a nagging pain and sore tip of penis ended up feeling very achy all in "that" area as well as feeling quite down. I had every test I could afford and doctors could think of but everything came back clear. This often made the situation worse as I just wanted the doctors to find something and cure me, but they never did.

In the end I started to do a great deal of research myself and subsequently I have learnt a lot which has enabled me to get my life 100% back on track, pain free.

My Fix

When I get an "attack" or "reaction"  I cut out all wheat / gluten, dairy,  egg and seriously limited sugar intake as well as stick to non-spicy / herb food i.e. keep it plain.

Gluten free porridge with rice milk for breakfast

Rice with meat for lunch

Stew or meat and potatoes for evening meal (keeping a very close eye on sauces) - slow cooker meals are easy!

A really easy diet to follow to ensure you don't make mistakes is something called FODMAP (Google it) . It’s for people with stomach issues and it is very restrictive but is a very clear on what you can and can't eat to aggravate your stomach. It is the most effective diet I have used to get back on track quickly.

After a few days (for me it’s around three days until I feel perfect again) from which point I can start introducing sugar and dairy (slowly to start with) * BUT NOT WHEAT*

The Cause

I found the trigger was wheat and or gluten and also high levels of sugar. I can eat a small amount - like wheat gravy or a small amount of KFC but the moment I have a sandwich or anything with substantial amount of wheat in it I will slip back to square one and the pain will come along a few hours later and simply last until I go through my detox process above.

I saw this as a really bad thing to start with, but after reading many books and doing a load more research and actually living by the rule of keeping away from my triggers I realised I was eating a lot more healthily. You are forced to avoid junk food, I actually got slimmer, felt better than I had done for a long time and if you look up studies about bread it doesn't actually seem to be too great for you (especially the stuff they make now-a-days!)

Tests, tests and more tests

I have seen two nationalist who were unable to help and medicinally I have had celiac, lactose, STI, diabetes, allergy, bowel and stomach tests (some repeated times) but all have come back clear. At the same time doctors agreed that there is something wrong as they can physically see the redness at the tip of my penis.  The specialist I saw for a long time at the hospital concluded that if my diet worked then I should stick with it as I probably have a form of intolerance to wheat which this simply couldn't pick up on within the blood tests.

Alcohol

This gets a paragraph of its own as it was important for me - I was in my late 20's, all my friends were going out having fun and there was me stuck at home and all I wanted to do was hit the bars and have a good time...... For months I thought my trigger would make my social life a nightmare. What I found is I can still have a perfectly normal night out. I usually have a pint of cider and then move on to Vodka and diet mixers just to avoid drinking too much sugar. I found a number of my friends also adopted this as you seem to get far less hangover than drinking pints of beer / Lager - It’s also helped that cider has become fashionable.

Next for me

I have a brilliantly normal life now, Wheat / Gluten free food has started cropping up everywhere and it’s now acceptable to ask questions about what is in food (5 years ago it felt much harder). I myself am not happy just accepting I suddenly became intolerant and there seem so be such little amount of research into it, I am still experimenting. Making daily food diaries and trying different things to see if I can kick the intolerance as an example last year I dropped to the most basic of basic diets for 9 months but soon after starting to regular food and including wheat things started up again. Something exciting for this year is that I have recently taken some further tests privately (still accredited medicinally by a professional doctor but a private one (I got a pay rise!) This doctor is convinced that with the data I have given over to her that we can make a start on working out what is really going on and find the underlying cause of all of this. I am right in the middle of taking tests (more next week) and I won't go into detail now in case they are worthless, but if I find anything interesting I will post it here.

Good luck to anyone going through this, This is just my experience, please go to your doctor if you are unwell, but maybe the above will help you.

If you are anything like me, then It really does get better!

I'm going to have to agree with the diabetes people on this post. I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2010 and I've had a lot of strange things going since then including the burning scrotum right where the scrotum and anus meets and I know its not from sleeping around because I've been married going on three years and have not cheated and neither has my wife it must be the diabetes I've been feeling the same or similar pain that all of you have been feeling I've also had numbness in my knees

Hi everybody. I have this problem for over 5 years now. First off all and before all can not be treated. But I will reveal what steps I went through:
Symptoms: itchy scrotum, itchy anus, white flakes from dry skin on scrotum sometimes.
Since about 2010 I've seen 5 hospitals, 10 dermatologists, 2 allergists, few internal doctors, naturist doctors, 3 proctologists (butt dr)
I had n blood tests, biopsy (cut skin and sent to lab), tested for HIV, poop tests for worms, patch tests on the back etc.
Results .......I just found this website because nobody knows the problem.
I forgot to mention that your last stop is gonna be psychiatry where he's gonna tell you that is from stress for sure and put you under heavy and addictive medication which i refused.
From what I've read, it seems that this is a new sickness which every field throws it to another
Dermatology to allergy to internal
The itchy on the bottom is caused from this unknown illness because it makes you scratch and goes to what is called prunitus anis. From scratching you get beside what I just mentioned, pin worms or other worms or bacteria. The idea is that the itchy bottom comes after what causes the itchy scrotum as a result.
Now let's talk about main issue itchy scrotum
No medicine will work or so called home remedies. Please disregard those because they may jeopardize you health worse. No YouTube or website selling remedies will help for sure.
An option propose to me by a Dr is to get a shot in your bottom to block permanently the nerves in order not to feel anything which I still consider.
At the mid of december i'm gonna see a famous dermatologist which is medical university professor in dermatology because my Fam Dr still thinks that is a invers psoriasis. I already know the anser that he's not gonna do anything because everything which had to be done I've tried.
Seems that avoiding milk eggs wheat helps not cures.
Thank you and I feel sorry for us

Man1 Man Oil is by far the best thing to put on skin irritation down there. Unlike any other product out there, it is made specifically for guys and for the skin of the penis. I'm telling you.. it will clear up your issues in no time at all. Unless it is an STD.. then you are going to need to see doctor. Hope this helps and good luck.

Who knows if you'll still be reading this page.

I too have had a sore glans, and extra red meatus for about 8 months. First I'd like to say, I'm glad for sane, sound minded people like yourself on pages like this. I'm starting to think my issue is somehow food/sensitivity/yeast overgrowth related. I, like you, a few months ago, started getting really strict with my diet (tons of garlic, NO BREAD AT ALL, NO DAIRY AT ALL) and it really started getting better. I'm currently staying with family, and within a few days of my old habits (cheese sandwiches, sugary cookies etc) it's starting to feel sore again.

I've seen so many cases like ours online, alot of the people are scared and hoping for answers online (which I think is moronic...)..taking std test, antibiotics etc and finding no answers. I'm convinced now these CAN'T be random occurences. I even read a post from a guy who said his pain is making him suicidal, then proceeded, after a doctor replied and said he should cut out all wheat and sugar, booze and coffee, he proceeded to say "Changing my diet sounds too depressing." Whatever. *rolls eyes* Anyway, once I get my diet back in order, here's praying it'll fully go away. Congrats on finding this out. I've come to understand alot of health issues have to do with food sensitivties/gut flora. I'll keep posted on this page as well, if my symptoms do start to improve.

My plan: Cut out bread (again), no dairy AT ALL, no coffee (succeeded with that) no booze (at this moment 60 days clean), tons of probiotics, tons of garlic. Thanks again for your posts. Providing potential solutions instead of just whining and begging the internet for help (Sorry i'm jaded because I've started to adopt that hopeless attitude and I've had enough) God bless.

Old post I know. But I agree with your sound reasoning. I have a similar issue and am currently attempting to seriously change my diet. Thanks.

Hi, did you try checking your urine pH ? when you do a urine test they should be able to tell you the pH of the urine sample, you can also use a simple pH testing paper, I am sure you can find it somewhere in Korea. If your urine is too acidic (below 6.0) you can try alkalizing your urine by eating alkaline foods, a list is available if you google alkalizing foods, foods which have an alkalizing effect meaning they help raise your body's pH and making you less acidic. It is possible that the burning sensation you feel is due to an acidic pH in your urine due to an unbalanced and acidic diet, which is then irritating your urethra. Good luck! hope this helps fix it!
