All talks about diets are untrue. :( Indeed they don't help. :( Best way to keep a good body shape is just to limit the ammounce of food you it. Count your calories and control your weihgt. I personally use a special program that shows me the value of food I consume. *****

Hi Sylvia, yeah calorie intake is important for weight loss as much as exercesize, eating wrong kind of food can undo any good effort on gym, running etc. Keep those calories counted and in control, no need for counter just use info on internet. This is 2 cents on this topic
