I have had it ever since I had the Stroke. Found out that the blood vessels in my brain (the right side ) are to small.I have this on the underside of both arms and the inner sides of my thighs. When I wear a short sleve top people ask me what it is because it is so visible. My hands and feet always tingle but that can be from the topamax.So I do not know.
