Hello, I am 25 years old, female. Sometimes I have spinning feeling in my head. I don’t know what causes it. I thought that I was exhausted first time, but then next time happened in the morning when I was fresh. Why does this happen?

There are actually many reasons. Spinning head feeling should be considered as a symptom of a problem. I have same problem too. In my case it is sometimes low blood sugar and sometimes blood pressure. For instance, high blood pressure, caffeine, alcohol and nicotine can all cause a fleeting sense of dizziness when someone moves suddenly and it can be also a symptom of low blood flow to part of the brain. I fainted two times before I went to see a doctor. This requires medical attention, please check.

Hello there belle,
I completely agree with Hurston. The causes of spinning head are really numerous. It was happening to me while I was eating totally unhealthy. But I have changed these bad habits and since that time I don’t have and trouble.
It would be best to visit your doctor and do the blood work and if he thinks it is necessary some additional tests and analysis as well. He will see the level of iron and magnesium in your organism as well and when these are under normal values the symptoms can be spinning head and weakness and sometimes even vertigo.
I hope that you will resolve your problem fast. Good luck.
