Hi I am 39 yrs old man and my wife is 34, we just had an ultrasound of our first born
Everything is okay his heart beats normal, all his anatomy is normal but the problem is the found a spot on my baby's heart. This keeps me worried and I cant even eat or sleep. Any idea? please help me out of this stress.

I can understand why you're worried. I'll give the bad possibility first. Sometimes a spot seen during the ultrasound can be a marker for Down's syndrome or other genetic disorder.
Now, the better news. Often it is just some calcium deposits. It could be an "echogenc intracardiac focus (EIF)." It's seen in a small percentage of pregnancies and often resolves itself. It's NOT an indicator of a cardiac problem.
You said his anatomy is normal so that is a very good sign.
Do you have another ultrasound scheduled? Ask the obstetrician to clarify what is being seen.
