Okay so I'm 13. I'm not sexually active, I haven't had my period but sometimes I masturbate. Today I was sitting down and felt something sore on my vagina and when I checked it out I have a fairly big white headed spot on my vagina above my vulva:L I'm so afraid I don't know what to do or what cream to put on it:( my mam will not let me go to the doctors alone so I can't visit a doctor. I can't tell my mam I'm way too embarrassed:( it's sore I don't know what to do?!
