I have had a small spot underneath my right vagina lip for many months now. but recently it has swollen and it's incredibly sore and i'm constantly in pain with it, it loses me hours of sleep every night. I'm a virgin if this helps, so i know it can't be an STD. I have had oral sex but i developed this spot many MANY months before i met my boyfriend & we're both incredibly hygenic. He is a virgin too.
I'm on my period, and the spot started to swell about 3 days before i started this months cycle. i'm very worried about it because i'm totally clueless of what it could be and i have searched all over the internet but it just comes up with the conclusion that it's an std! and it isn't. it can't be.

It sounds like you have a bartholin gland cyst. I have had one before and they are the most painfull thing I have ever gone through. If it doesnt pop on its own. You mite have to go to the hospital and have it laced. You should take a cyst bath. Which it a hot bath for the most part. You want to do that 3 times a day for about 10-15 min. If the pain get too bad go to the hospital. Good luck.
