Spots on my vagina!what could this be?

help!!!i am experiencing a really big problem, i was ill with a fever today and when i went to the toilet it really stung. i had just been on my period when i noticed 2 spot like lumps on my vagina lips so i washed and put some cream on which i used to use after being waxed which is when i experienced these before.but now they have spread like wild fire over both lips and a few on my clitoris. the spots after they have popped dont hurt as much but become slightly itchy because of the puss which is excreted.last time they went away on their own but i didnt have as many!anybody got advice or ideas as what to do or what this could be??
