Spots on shaft of penis really scared

I have these spots on my penis almost away but had them for like 3 months But i got one of the spots like one day after sex its like seed under skin please help me im scared

I went to doctor he said was i sex active i sex not really, but im sure he knows i have had sex, he said its not a STD he give me this cream, i have had it for 1 month now maybe more, They are still there

there is a tiny bit of like pimple pusss came out of them, when i pee it dosnt hurt me my pee is a wee bit warm not like hot hot to cause pain just warmer than normal please help
