Spotting, 1 medium flow day, 3 days of spotting.

I'm really confused, and cant seem to find the answer anywhere. So here i am. First off my period was 3 days early, and i was spotting very light about 10:00pm on a friday night. It was light pink and some dark brown. The next day (saturday) it started light and i was very active that day so it was medium flow, about 3 tampons that day. and sunday & monday barley anything. tuesday no tampon i thought it was over. but i have a light pink spotting today only when i whip.

i have been sick for about a week and a half, which i just thought was a cold, i thought maybe thats what was affecting my period, but i cant get the thought out of my head that i may be pregnant. i am sexually active, and idk if i should go get a test or am i just freaking myself out. i just need some advise and help.
