Today I noticed a light pinkish/brownish smear of blood on my panties. I made sure it's vaginal. I had my regular period and it ended about 4 days ago. My fiance and I had sex the day after the end of my period. Now I am spotting. We are always very carful...he always pulls out and we use condoms most of the time. Could I be pregnant?
