spotting,now pg symptoms w/neg test w.vaginal dc that may be a sign of ovulation?

im totally confused! last nomal period was sometime in the middle/end of dec. somewhere around the week of the 20th. dec. 5th i was taking a diet pill and in 7 weeks i lost 20lbs, i had also been excersizing for 2 weeks which i started in the middle of jan sometime after the 9th had sex w.pull outmethod jan 6th. so the 2oth early sat morning im at work and i get these intense cramps with nausea and dizziness, i went home early, the next day sun the 21st i got insane cramps i actually had to hold my side and bend over it hurt so bad, it lasted a little while and then i started spotting pink blood. the next day or later that same day, i work midnights so my days are always off, i got a little light red bleeding, with one clot and a couple of stringy mucousy things and bled about half of the day and used probably half a tampon if i put all the pantyliners together. (i changed when there were blood spots on there, it felt yucky). so this went on for about half the day. then i spotted again, light red pink blood and the next day the 23rd, all day and night i only got two wipes of pink blood again and then it was done. i have had on and off cramps ever sense, i have also had very tender breasts on and off, and have had nausea and dry heaving which has also been on and off, usually when i get hungry the nausea kicks in. i have been extremely exhausted as well. the cramping goes from menstrual like im gonna start my period, to a pressure cramping like my pants on my abdomen hurt so bad. i have had to pee alot and if i dont go it kind hurts my abodmen. i have also had some pinching type of throbbing pains. i took an htp on the 24th or 24th and it was neg. took one on the 27th and it was negative. if i actually count the 21st spotting thing, the 21st would have been the end of my cycle and i should have had my period on the 24th of this month or so. now i checked my cm, and its thick and white and slighty stringy, i also have a strange kind of smell, it kinda smells like a yeast infection, but im not really itching, there has been a little bit of vulvar burning here and there. now im totatlly confused. i do have a gyne apt on monday. so could i be pregnant? or what on earth would have caused the other weird symptoms that i have been going through. usually when my period is done i dont continue to have the cramps like i did. or the nausea or sensitive boobs. im totally confused! anyone ever go through anything like this before??
