Ok so here's the timeline. Had my period from 3/15-3/20 it was much lighter then normal and was on and off through those days this is different for my periods but my periods are irregular. I have had unprotected sex (pull out method and not on birth control) multiple times this month as recently as the 19 and 21st on days where my period was light or not bleeding. Starting the 21st I started having issues with nausea, lower abd/pelvic cramping, diarrhea/constipation, and slight frequency in urination and a few random headaches. Went to my reg dr on the 24th I took a urine pregnancy test and a test for uti both were negative. My dr started me on a prescription for anti-nausea medication on 3/28. I have taken multiple pregnancy tests at friends suggestions and a few at home too all negative. Went to see my gyno on 3/30 who told me that he suspects I might have an ovarian cyst, which I have had them in the past since I was more tender on my left side. Thinking I was cleared of being pregnant he then goes on to tell me it is very unlikely but we should still test (blood- quantative) and he has been wrong before. I assume he thinks it is extremely unlikely, since he said I could take ibuprofen for the cramping (I haven't taken any). 3/30 and 3/31 I have had light to no nausea but have had cramping on my left side but then last night I noticed while in the bathroom at the gym some pink fluid/spotting, haven't had anymore since. I have lab work I'm getting done tomorrow and a sonogram scheduled for wednesday and a recheck with my gyn on 4/13 so I'll be playing the waiting game the next couple weeks waiting on labs and my next period. Should I still be worried about being pregnant or write it off as a cyst and think nothing more about it. My now ex-bf (as of yesterday) and friends have me so worried and no I'm not trying to get pregnant. ANY ADVICE!?
