This might be weird and I don't really know how to explain it, but I have a couple white sores on my vulva and then when I opened the lips of my vagina I found like "skin tags" I haven't had unprotected sex and the very few partners I have had haven't had any stds should I be worried that I have one could you tell me what to look for... I don't have any pain some minor itching but nothing thats really bothered me in the least bit I'm starting to freak... HELP ME.
