One of the problems with chlamydia is that it often goes untreated for a long time. In that case it MAY cause scarring which may make it difficult for you to get pregnant. Again, it depends upon how long you had it as to how much damage may have been caused.
You should still be able to get pregnant.
Only an internal exam could tell you if there is any scarring.
