Since yesterday, I have to log in manually every time I come back to the site even though I have checked "Keep me logged in for 2 weeks" each time I log in.
I usually get here through a link in a reply email where I used to be automatically logged in anyway, but that doesn't work either.

Hi, there's a problem with voting. I've tried for months now to vote for bambi27, and a thing keeps popping up saying "You cannot vote current contest winner!" But she hasn't been for months now. Not sure why your unable to vote for her, but it would be great if you could get it fixed.

@Njoy, could it be that you have deleted internet history/cache that includes saved passwords? Most "clean-up" utilities do that. If you did, than it overrides "remember me" on SH - or on any site. You can check if your password is saved your browser's Tools>Options, usually there is "Saved passwords" section under Security (Firefox) and there is similar password manager in Chrome, but I can't find one in Internet Explorer, even though it does offer to delete saved passwords/login data.

That is only verify i saw on the bottom of this page. But that is to verify that certificate, I think it has nothing to do with us. But maybe you were getting some other image.
@Claire, maybe that happens because bambi has a Supporter rank. But that's just a thought, someone should look into that.

No I don't think that's the problem, she's had that title forever and I use to have no problems voting for her, it's only when they started to change the site that it hasn't allowed me to and a thing keeps coming up saying "You can't vote the current contest winner" or something like that. It's a little strange. But I don't think your rank has anything to do with it, I'm pretty sure you can vote for anyone!

Maybe she won the contest too many times :) But that would be no wonder since all her posts are vote-worthy. And you're right - you can vote for anyone. We'll have to see what admins will say, at least it's reported now.
