My 18 y/o daughter has had very loud gurgling with extreme discomfort off and and for almost a year.  She has been seen by a specialist, who ran all the blood work and stool sample tests for parasites....everything came back negative.  She was initially put on birth control pills because it seemed to be worse around her monthly cycle, and then she was given Previcid, which didn't help.  She did have a slight reprieve from it, but now it's back in full force.  She is very uncomfortable and we don't know what to do for it.  Has anyone experienced something like this, and if so, what did you find out about it?
