Hi,

I'm a 20 year old female. When I was a kid I use to get this squeezing sensation below my lower abs/ stomach region. It went away for several years or if it happened it was very few times, but is now back again. It comes on if I am leaning forward, ex. sitting in a chair leaning on a desk or if I am sitting somewhere leaning forward and have something tight, like a pair of jeans across my lower ab region. It is not a comfortable feeling and almost creates a burning sensation down in my vigina area. The only way to make it go away is to stand up or separate my legs. It is also a bit difficult to pee right after the squeezing. If this happens to anyone else, please let me know how you deal with it and what you can do to make it go away. Thanks! PS. When it gets intense my stomach gets tight, looks as if it would if you were doing a crunch.

Sounds like a urinary track infection. They can test for that at your family doctor. you just have to pee into a cup and they do a litmus test on your urine while you are there. Then they will prescribe antibiotics to take. Pretty common. Some people feel burning when they urinate, some have pain and cramping and other feel nothing but pressure and there frequency of urination increases to many times a day. hope this helps.
