Hi everybody, I have been having some abdominal pain for quit a while now. It has been progressing since May 19th, 2012. I live in north Louisiana, and went to stay with my dad out in thackerville, Oklahoma. It started on the last of the three weeks that I had been there. My dad and his buddies would either go out and eat or grill. So basically all I ever ate there was take out or any type of meat that could fit on the grill. I really really really like meat and the taste of it but I'm starting to wonder if it's really good for me or not. You see, it started with abdominal pain that would progress early in the morning. I would use a hot-pad to keep it from cramping as much. I didn't think much of it until I got back home. Then I started to eat meat again very frequently! Then it started to get worst! One morning I woke up and was lying in bed when suddenly, there was a throbbing pain. It was throbbing on the left side of my belly button then the next thing I new. It felt like a knife being jabbed slowly into my stomach. After a few minutes of intense pain I felt the urge to use the bathroom. It was supper supper hard! I was just bumfuzzled, why was this happening to me?(I thought) The days to come after that, I was constipated and it was frustrating! I took some oral magnesium citrate which worked wonders! It made me flow like niagara falls! It was wonderful! Although, my bum did hurt alittle afterwards. But it was all worth it! Still, my bowls went and still are runny to narrowly small and slender with the occasional white specks in the poop. (yes,I pay close attention to my bowls.) Girl's gotta have a hobby. So just when I though my troubles were over, my tummy started to cramp again! It never fails that every early morning my stomach pain would worsen. I'm taking bromelain and fiber pills plus, I have even changed my eating habits. All I eat now are things with high fiber in them. My bowls are still not back to normal and my weight has decreased in a short amount of time. I was 118, now I'm 114 making it a total of 4 pounds that I lost in the course of two days. It kinda scars me bc/ I wasn't trying to lose weight but rather feel better. My mother jokingly tells me that that's a good thing. Since I was complaining before all of this happened to lose weight.(I'm a little lazy.) never the less! I want to feel better, stop the cramping, quit worrying, and have a normal bowl movement.-So I set up an appointment to the doctors office tomorrow. I am tired of looking this stuff up and worrying if whether or not I have colon cancer or some other major catastrophe. Because this is really getting old! I can't sleep with a hot pad forever, I refuse! What would my future boyfriend think of me? No! I will get threw this one way or another! (P.S. I have had panic attacks and kidney stones in the past so that could have something to do with it anyways thanks for listening to me. I will up todate more news latter, Bye!)
