I had an abortion this past saturday. I was 11 weeks 2 days. they did the surgical abortion and sucked the fetus out.. i bled a LOT once it was over with and was in severe pain threw up almost passed out. I got home still a lot of cramping and small blood clots, but this morning, I went to the bathroom and felt something dangling from my vaginal area.. i looked down and there dropped out of me what seemed to be a long oval shaped thing. its very hard to describe it fell down into the toilet to where i couldnt take a picture of it, but my first guess is it was a arm or a leg that was not sucked out.. is this even possible? ive never passed anything like that since the procedure and it looked NOTHING like a blood clot

since you bled so much after the abortion, it's not completely impossible for this to have been a blood clot - it had almost a week to form and it is not uncommon to pass very large blood clots after the abortion. As far as your worries that this might have been part of the fetus, since you had surgical abortion with the vacuum sucking the fetus out, there is a chance that this procedure hurt your uterus and that in fact that piece was a bit of your uterus lining that got injured during the procedure.
Either way, whatever it was, it's gone now and I hope you have a good recovery from this point on,
