So I thought I had a pimple on my inner thigh a couple of months ago and just left it, assuming it would go away. I noticed it again last night and it had gone a very dark purple/almost black color. I got changed and accidentally nicked it, and it bled for a while. Any ideas on what it might be. I'm definitely going to the doctor tomorrow to get it looked at, but I'm still worried and looking for ideas now.

It may be nothing but since it has been there for a while, is changing color, and bleeding, it needs to be examined.
