I think my dad could be having stroke or heart attack symptoms. it is been for days he doesn't feel well and he complains on his left hand-it is stiffened and is sort of staying out of breath and has weird sweating and I suppose that those stroke or heart attack symptoms actually doesn't go that slowly but still I am afraid those could be stroke or heart attack symptoms especially regarding the fact he suffers for years now from high blood pressure and is not regular with taking meds so I would appreciate if someone tell me what are stroke or heart attack symptoms?

Anyone with high blood pressure is in serious risk of getting stroke or heart attack symptoms especially when the disease is not treated properly but on the other hand those symptoms doesn't have to be stroke or heart attack related always but since your dad is in such condition I advice he go see a doc as soon as possible. Anyway there are some main differences between stroke and heart attack symptoms so main stroke warning signs are sudden numbness on face but also legs and arms swelling accompanied with speaking trouble and sudden vision loss, dizziness and loss of coordination and of course sudden and strong headache. And as for the heart attack symptoms I know how it looks like for my dad had an heart attack last year and he was lucky not to be alone at the house for we have taking him to the hospital right away so I remember he also had this chest pain and breath loss but also his arms, shoulders, neck and even his jaw was stiffened and he felt very dizzy and had cold sweat. Anyway common stroke or heart attack symptoms are nausea and vomiting so if you recognize any of these symptoms take your dad to the hospital right away for you know he is in high risk of having these stroke or heart attack symptoms one day regarding his hypertension condition.
