Im on the 4th day of no sleep although im feeling better when will i get some sleep

take a really hot bath and some zzzquil or some tylenol pms or what not. meletonin also really helps. you should be sleeping by now. youll prolly get some sleep tonight. the hot bath might give you some temperature problems given your symptoms but it matters how your personal symptoms have been.
