Hi,
I have sudden jerk sort of thing in the left back side of head above the neck. Everything goes black and it brings me to my knees.
It is not frequent, sometimes in 5-6 months.
I am facing this from last 10-15 years and was ignoring it.
Today while I was playing,I had this jerk after 5-6 months but with a new development,my tongue felt the impact and got twisted a bit.
Now I am really worried.
Can anybody suggest what it could be,and which doctor should I consult,Orthopedic or neurologist?

Without an exam, and knowing exactly where the pain is, I'd start with a neurologist. Nerves are definitely involved. It may even be a form of a "TIA" or "mini-stroke."
Something is triggering this spasm, which may be orthopedic in nature, but it could also be neurological. My concern is that you "black out". It should also not "twist" your tongue.
