I have been passing out and my left arm and face will go numb ill get really hot get tunnel vision the pass out the doctor said it isn't stroke related and it might be hormonal due to my period I'm 15 and was wondering of birth control might help? I don't always pass out during my period

Find another doctor.
You should not be passing out, having a numb left arm or face. At any time.
You need a thorough diagnostic exam, including an EKG, blood pressure monitoring, everything. It certainly does sound like a stroke, or TIA (mini-stroke). They can be caused by vessels going into spasm.
"Might be hormonal" is not a valid answer. Is it or isn't it? Why? What is the treatment? These are questions you should be demanding answers to.
Please see another doctor, soon. This is not something to just brush off. You need to find the cause.
