So i have had this strange pain in my throat for a few days. Seems to bother me at night only so far, and when i bend over or lay down, my throat starts throbbing. It also hurts if i breathe deeply. Doesn't really bother me when i'm standing or sitting unless i take a deep breath. It doesn't hurt when i swallow and i dont have a cough or anything so it's not a cold or the flu. It aches around the left side of my throat next to my adams apple. I'm unable to sleep because of this pain. Please help thank you
