Hi there, Iv just read your sunken eyes........i know it is a year ago but iv only just picked it up....Im 57 and iv have them, and I know its also down to age...I HATE mine, and Id do anything to 'bring them forward' it is horrible especially when i put eye shadow on.......I drink loads of water and eat well and have done for years, I know its down to age and id love to sort them out with surgery if I could xx

Hello, I did some research and found that the answer to sunken eyes may be do to Adrenal Fatigue.
Also, see if you can apply for Gov. assistance, as some states will allow you to be tested for free.

I did more research and read that a person with Adrenal fatigue may not be able to absorb water, through the body, sufficiently. This may contribute to the dehydration and thus the sunken eyes. I would have ones Adrenals checked and perhaps suggest doing some research on a good natural Amino Supplement and MSM for the skin, and perhaps Ashwagondah, as well, for the Adrenals.

Really? I am a Nurse, got hurt, hurt my back, i only take prescribed pain meds, nothing more, other than high doses of diff vitamins. I have been prescribed pain meds for twelve yrs now, and within the last yr started to take high doses of several diff vitamins and just recently, oh maybe a month or two ago i noticed my eyelids to appear sunken in? It is weird. Ogh i am hypothyroid with a goiter and a nodule( that i never got biopsied like i should have), and im vit D insufficient but once i found that out i take high doses of vit D! Can the Vit D be doin it? Or maybe a mixture of things that i mentioned??

I feel the same way, my toddler kinda poked me in one eye but it has been impaired for months now and each morning eaking up, my left eye feels sunken in and swollen and almost a little numb too, i hate that it isnt symetrical feeling anymore but they say eye surgery comes with great risks.
