Hi, I'm looking for any information please. A friend has one eye lid that is slowly swelling over years. They say its lymph fluid, but not how to fix it or stop it, or what started it. The eye lid has swelled enough they cant see out of it . This has taken years. Have you ever heard of this?They have been to many Dr.s . Have you found a Dr that has successfuly treated this?
