Me and my boyfriend had sex last night. This morning i noticed that my vagina area didnt look all the way symetric. One side was bigger than the other and I discovered a big lump. Could be a lymph node or swollen gland because there is no pain. It is located inside the left lip of my vagina. Looks like a small ball and does not burst like a lymph node. What could be wrong?? I assume it is swollen gland, but its location has me worried.
