Hello. I am 15 years old and i recently discovered a small, hard lump on the back of my neck. It is painless, and causes no discomfort. I have been researching what this could be and I have no idea. I have no other symptoms of any of the cancer related things I have looked at. What could this be? Is it serious? Should I see a doctor? I have only had it for about 3 or 4 days but I am really worried. :O

No worries, you're currently running through puberty phase. It could be just an under-skin pimple. Does it hurt when you touch it? Pimples are often sensitive on touch, so don't touch or squeeze it. It will disappear from itself in a week ...
