Okay so 2 weeks ago i start experiencing what i think to be a swollen lymph node in my upper neck/chin, in the middle. It wasnt enlarged and didnt appear to be enlarged, it hurt when i turned my head, or touched it tho. and i figured i had a cold, and it seemed to go away within a week or so, but i was singing in my band this weekend loudly and it came back. do you think this would be the reason???? a cold and then me singing braught it back? .....now its a little enlarged and it hurts but its not horrible. but NOW im extremely scared because i have a small red pimple like bump in my armpit and im scared it might be another lymph node...im terrified. but its not in my armpit, its in my upper side really, and towards my back...is this just a pimple and a coincidence??? its red, and it hurts when i touch it, and it has a sligh white tip to it....PLEASE dont tell me i have some bad disease :-(
