I am 22 years old. A month ago I observed a slightly red color skin on the left side of my penis head. It still consists. I am circumsiced at the age of 12. The skin of that area seems like a lump. It doesn't pain or itchy. It's bot hard. When I touch it I feel like marshmallows and a lot of extra skin. But, sometimes I can feel the skin of that area. The skin of the left side of the penis neck is okay. This thing only happened in right side. The skin is slightly raised. But not hard. Skin of that area feel like a skin of an old man. Can you please help me to identity the case? If it is okay I can send you some photographs to check.
