For about 2 weeks now i've noticed that my right testicle is slightly larger then my left. Now I know that one testicle is always larger then the other but this has me wondering because it feels more pronouced, I guess is the best word. Theres also a slight dull ache of sorts around the right testicle too but no pain or anything going to the bathroom or masturbating. I am also not sexually active so stds get thrown out lol. I'm 22 years old and I am worried that I may have something but I was hopping to rule that out as paranoia. Is it possible that this is all in my head or maybe I moved the wrong way? Any help would be great so thanks in advance.
