I am a 22 yr old male and have been sexualy active with a few partners. In the last year I have noticed a lighter pinkish skin discolouration. In the passing months it has became itchy. The discolouration covers the bottom of the scrotum and now has started on the left side of my penis about the size of a nickel. Any ideas, Im soon going to visit my doctor.
