Hello, I am a 15 year old male and a few months ago I noticed a pale discolouration on the underside of my scrotum. It starts right below the penis and goes down in a line to a larger spot on the underside. It seems to go up the penis as well but the discolouration is not noticeable. I do not have sex regularly but masturbate often. Should I be worried about this? What treatments can I pursue to rid myself of this discolouration as I would prefer to not go to a doctor about this.
