I had one implanted about two years ago. One of the best decisions I ever made. It totally lifted my self confidence, even more than I expected. Wish I had done it sooner, but the materials they use are getting better and better every year and are a big improvement over what was available in the past. It feels a little bit harder than the natural one, but I've never had anyone notice or comment. Having something hard in your pants is generally a good thing! Go for it.

ive had a testicular inplant since 1995 mine is connect by something and is smaller than my other one when i woke up from the opperation i had to sign form to say i thought the operation was a success im now contemplaiting getting it removed.its very uncomfortable and couses my a bit of pain.

I had a left undescended testicle and then about 5 years ago lost my right testicle from testicular torsion. After removal of my right testicle I decided to get testicle implants on both sides. The doctor also recommended at the time to remove my undescended testicle.
My initial implants were saline implants stitched to my scrotum. They were firmer uncomfortable. The stitches would pull when exercising or doing certain quick movements.
I had them swapped about 4 months ago to silicone implants. They are still firmer, but are softer than the saline. My silicone implants are not stitched to the scrotum. They are more mobile than my previous implants. They sit higher in the scrotum close to the base of my penis and can get in the way at times.
When I have sex with a new partner for the first timeI am very self conscious about the firmness and the high position in my scrotum.
Overall I am happy with my implants and still prefer implants to an empty scrotum which I feel more whole.
