Im not really sure what is going on but everytime i start having sexual relations with a female my stomach, and testicles begin to hurt very bad and usually does so for a while, usually for 4 or 5 hours so bad that it hurts to do anything and its not just sex, just laying next to them when i have an erection for a while. Could you be referring to "blue balls"? This is the oh so painful situation that happens to anyone when you have a boner for a long time and are being aroused but do not actually ejaculate.
