Should I get a tetanis shot after bumping my head on a screw on a pipe?

Hi there! I would definitely see a doctor and have it checked out. If you haven’t received tetanus shot in the last ten years, then I reckon that you should.
The reason I believe you should is because I know that tetanus bacteria can get in through the smallest scratch and tiny prick as well as through large wounds and cuts.
Rusty nails, soil, dust, manure are suspected for presence of tetanus bacteria and it is always better to prevent that heal, don’t you think?
