Hello. I know that sinusitis can give many headaches for people who have it, in every sense. The common therapy is decongestants. Antihistamines are also recommended. In exacerbation phase sometimes antibiotics are given. There are some studies that investigate newer methods for treating sinusitis. Irrigation method is something that is being investigated. People who participated here actually reduced their regular sinusitis medications. You should consult with your ENT specialist about this. I hope something will help.
