Hi! Forgive the bad English please, I am German. I have couple of the question about gout. I think, there is so much we can do improving gout affecting us, when we take care of the foods that we are eating. Can you share the list of foods affecting gout? Which foods do you avoid, for the gout, and which do you take to improve your condition?

I think your English is great :-). Do you have gout? The one thing that has made a huge difference for me is cherry juice, since it cleanses your body and makes the gout a whole lot easier to deal with, as in less painful. You should also check out low purine nutrition. It's complicated, but there are lists around on the internet. Check them out!
