So, in my penis there are bumpy stuff all around my foreskin the size varies from half a cm to 2 mm , I'm not sure what they are but some ]produces this black thing which is about the thickness of an a4 paper, and its about 2mm long, it also grows outwards (penetrating the skin), but when i pull them out they extend and when fully pulled you see that the surface of it is black while the other half is colored white. And when they are pulled, weeks or months later they regrow(also it grows on the tip of the bumpy circles, tho the circles are hidden under the foreskin while the stuff penetrates out of the skin)!!! also my penis has 2 red areas which literally produces white type of substances. I dont know if this is a serious problem please help!

It is difficult to understand exactly what your saying in your post.
The one part about the black things that grow is it hair your talking about?
The red areas with white stuff could just be pimples or maybe a cyst.
Seeing your doctor would be the best option the answer you get will be based on examining you.
