Perhaps we could have reacted sooner, but I guess that no matter how hard you try, you can never be a perfect parent. We did not notice immediately that our kid has sleeping problems, snoring actually, for more than a week. So, we need to know if there is a way to prevent obstructive sleep apnea in your kids.

Well, I assume that you could start with some sort of treatments immediately, so that the sleeping issues are subdued to minimum and therefore make things easier for your kid. Still, you could try doing something with some tricks like elevating his legs while he sleeps. Or even use a cervical pillow. And watch out for breathing problems, that could really cause a big mess.
