I have currently gone under triple therapy (antibiotics) for Heli Plylori infection.
Even before then though If I talk quite loud/or shout my throat hurts and feels raw? any ideas?
I do also suffer from sinus problems. Sometimes it feels dry and sometimes very clogged up with gunk.

Hi there,
I don’t know any person who doesn’t have some kind of issues with throat after shouting and not just shouting. Recently I was at the concert of my favorite band and of course I knew almost all songs and lyrics so I was singing and shouting for almost two hours. The very next day I could barely talk at all. My voice was hoarse and my throat sore.
I was drinking tea with honey (chamomile if that means something to you) all day and it took me all day to get back to normal. Next day I was talking normal and my throat was normal as well. Now I am trying to be more careful because I think that I have sensitive throat and that I must take care of it a little bit better.
