I have benn having some tingling in my toes an my left foot just does not fel right. Could this be a sign of Diabetes?

i have never heard of tingling toes as a sign of diabetes.
some signs are:
-frequent urination
-extreme hunger
-excessive thirst
-blurry vision
-unusual weight loss
-irritablility
-increased fatigue
