For the past month ive noticed a tingling in my right foot. Its not painful but it causes discomfort. Also, if i rub a certain part of my skin and the tingling increases. The tingling isnt always there or if it is i dont notice it. Its as if it comes & goes. I was wonder if anyone knows what could be causing my problem....

Tingling in the foot is sometimes caused by a neuroma. A neuroma is a benign growth that affects the nerve, usually on the bottom of the foot in the area where the toes join the foot. Sometimes injections can decrease the neuroma, some people have the neuroma surgically removed. I hope this helps.
