I am 15 years old guy and i have a strange problem on my penis. On the under side of the penis i have a red tissue connecting my foreskin to the inner side of the penis. It stretches from my testacles to the tip, actually, almost to the hole. It appeared almost two years ago, and it slowly streched from testacles and in one month it went to the tip. And then it stopped growing. I cant retract the foreskin because it is connected to the penis, and also the whole down side of the penis is. I cant even masturbate properly, and because i cant retract it, i get infections. im worried and im afraid to tell anyone. It stretches across the penis from the under side, and it connects the skin and the actual organ. Could it be something that could be handled easily if i go to urologist? Or is it something more severe like cancer? Please help! Im living with this strange growth on the down side of my penis for two years! And i dont know what it is! Help!

if the red line is what i think it is, its normal. cant recall the name of it. are you certian that is why you cant retract the foreskin? that wouldnt be normal. im betting the cause for not retacting the forekin is something else. could that be the case?

I think that is what makes me unable to retract it. It isn't just a line on the skin, it is actually in between. And when i try it, i manage to retract it about to half of the head. And can't beause the tissue is there and it keeps blocking me from going any further?? As i said, i can barely retract it when im erect, but i can when i take a shower, but not the whole foreskin. And when i retract it i see the tissue which is sensitive to touch. I think its a bit strange.

Not actually. When i pull it, it stretches but it cant move. If i would probably try to pull it more, my foreskin would get stuck and the tissue will strech. I read that it can be harmless, but i dont know about this one because it goes almost to the tip. And that is why i cant really retract the foreskin.

Ok. The red line should be Perineal Raphe. You can look that up on wikipedia. Believe not being able to retract the foreskin is something else. It's not cancer so don't worry about that. I'm not sure if your frenulum is too short or if you've still got adhesion. You may end up going to the doc on this one. Have you ever retracted the foreskin?

Ok, thanks for the response. I was also looking about it but wasnt sure. I did retract my foreskin before, but i have always had problems with it. It was probably adhesia, but not sure. I do remember when i was a kid i went to the doctor and he gave me a cut or something. I didnt really take care of personal hygiene so that might have to do with it. It always felt strange to retract it, so i didnt usually do it until i entered puberty. And that is when the tissue line appeared. So, guess i will have to go to the doctor about the retraction thing. Thanks again!

Pretty sure adhesion is the problem. Be best to let the doc get it apart. You could do it but it might not be a good idea. Good luck.
